For stock sample, we can provide free sample and send out in 1 day. If not have in stock, need to arrange sample making upon the receipt of sample fee, which is fully refundable in mass orders. Normally we give one year warranty. We have experienced and strictly inspecting QC team, all products got enough tested before shipping out. If our customers receive the goods with quality problems, except for human damage, we must compensate in next orders.
